This design & build project consisted of the construction of an entire new city quarter of approximately 120,000m2.

Included in the works was 13 floors of office accommodation, 343 luxury apartments, 6,000m2 of retail accommodation, feature glazed roof restaurant, a crèche and childcare facilities, public bar and cafes together with an acre of landscaped public urban area.

This development was constructed in a live inner city site which was adjacent to the Eircom Headquarters building and in close proximity to Heuston Station. During construction, various adjoining apartment blocks, were occupied and other offices and apartments were under construction.  Traffic Management was carefully coordinated to ensure that there was no disruption to the occupied buildings and neighbours.

The project included the construction and fit out of various apartment complexes ranging up to 8 storey’s in height and a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Many apartments are with full length balconies and feature steel storage units creating a vibrant and striking visual effect.
