The Telford Building is a six storey apartment building consisting of two blocks of 11 and 20 luxury apartments over ground floor retail space. The Hibernia Building is also a six storey apartment building consisting of two blocks of 18 and one block of 13 luxury apartments over ground floor commercial and crèche space. Both buildings have -1 and -2 basement parking levels.

The sixth floor on each block comprises of luxury penthouses finished to the highest specifications with balustraded terraces providing panoramic views of Dublin City and the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham. All apartments have hard wood flooring throughout, high quality fitted wardrobes, composite double glazed timber-framed windows and balconies with glazed balustrades.

A unique eco friendly engineering service was used to provide heat via a district heating system. This system greatly reduces carbon dioxide emissions through the use of a cheaper homogeneous heating source, offering its occupiers efficient greener energy.
