JJ Rhatigan & Company have commenced works on St. Patrick’s College
JJ Rhatigan & Company have commenced works on the campus development at St. Patrick’s College Drumcondra which consists of 2 teaching blocks of approximately 4,900m² incorporating lecture theatres, study area, workshops and café. A new sports facility (960m²) and crèche (270m²) will also be included in the project. The project also includes 3No. existing teaching and administration blocks which will be mechanically and electrically refurbished, 1No. block which is to be totally refurbished and will include a new linked walkway from the two new teaching blocks to the existing teaching and administration blocks, and 3No. temporary structures containing teaching and office administration space which will be maintained and removed from site upon completion.
