JJ Rhatigan’s first UK project, Premier Inn, Hyde House comprised of the redevelopment of an existing 1962 office block into a new Premier Inn Hotel with additional retail and commercial office space.
The project involved the refurbishment of a 40,000ft², 12 storey office block to accommodate offices and retail units at ground floor, a new Premier Inn Hotel to occupy Levels 1 – 5 and refurbished offices on the remaining upper Levels 6 – 11. The basement was repurposed to be used as the hotel tank room.
