Design & Build mixed-use project which consisted of the refurbishment of an existing building and construction of a two storey upward extension to form an 89 Bedroom Hotel, restaurant and ancillary dining room in the heart of Brixton.
Works also included the partial conversion of the existing vacant 1st floor space which included enabling works for a future H&M retail fit out, as well as fire escape provisions from the new extension and for a neighbouring property.
