This project comprised enabling works & a residential apartment block under a design and build contract.

The enabling work included:
Reconfiguring the existing live Network Rail station car park.
Providing a new road access.
Installing a temporary car park.
Modular office building.
Existing office building demolition & hoarding to block E & multi-storey car park sites.

The Block E residential apartment block is a 7-storey building with 98 units, a reception lobby, amenity space, rooftop gardens & ground floor, and ground-level parking area within the building footprint.
