JJ Rhatigan appointed to a new £750m public sector framework in the UK

JJ Rhatigan secured the place on the £750M public sector framework in the UK to deliver the highest-value jobs worth more than £25m each alongside Kier, Morgan Sindall, Farrans and Willmott Dixon. The framework from LHC will deliver buildings and infrastructure projects in education, healthcare, emergency service buildings, housing, offices, and community centres across England and has been divided into six lots, split up by value.

JJ Rhatigan has been appointed to LHC Framework on lots 5 and 6:

  • England – London & South East: UKI, UKJ, UKH2,UKH3     Lot 5 – New Build, Refurbishment, and Infrastructure – Project Value Band 4 (£14 to £25 million)
  • England – London & South East: UKI, UKJ, UKH2,UKH3     Lot 6 – New Build, Refurbishment, and Infrastructure – Project Value Band 5 (Over £25 million)

In addition to delivering projects, the contractors are also required to deliver on community benefits which include the generation of employment, vocational training and educational support initiatives, equality and diversity projects and sub-contracting and supply chain development.
