Design and build a mixed hotel and office development with a service station. The service station includes a mini supermarket, deli, an off-licence.
The Office area consists of a reception area leading into an open plan office space with a number of individual offices and boardrooms on the perimeter. A raised access floor was used for ease of services routes with a combination of suspended tile ceiling and suspended plasterboard ceilings. Dividing walls were mainly built using metal stud partitions with glazed screens to Offices.
