This design & build project is currently on site and involves the extension to the existing Radisson Hotel on Chancery Lane providing a new spa facility for the hotel and approximately 84 additional hotel bedrooms facing onto the new square.

The project consists of the construction of a 7-storey over 2 storey basement block, and the construction of a 5-storey bedroom block over the existing hotel function room.

The project also involves some extensive archaeology as the site is in one of the most archaeologically sensitive areas of Dublin’s medieval city and adjacent to part of the early ecclesiastic site of St Michael le Pole.

This development is being constructed in a live city centre site. Traffic management, deliveries and work hours are being carefully coordinated to ensure that there is no disruption to the neighbouring occupied buildings.
