The 2nd phase of the Government’s current PPP programme consists of 465 residential units ranging from semi-detached homes to small blocks of apartments. ROHL, a construction joint venture between us, JJ Rhatigan and Spain’s Obrascon Huarte Lain, are jointly responsible for the Design and Construction of the Social Housing Bundle 2 PPP project and will deliver 465 new homes nationwide in eight locations including Cork, Waterford, Shannon, Galway, Roscommon and Kildare.
