This design & build project involved the extension to the existing Radisson Hotel on Chancery Lane, providing a new spa facility for the hotel and 84 additional hotel bedrooms facing onto the new square.

The project consisted of the construction of a 7-storey over 2 storey basement block and the construction of a 5-storey bedroom block over the existing hotel function room.

The project also involved some extensive archaeology as the site is in one of the most archaeologically sensitive areas of Dublin’s medieval city and adjacent to part of the early ecclesiastic site of St Michael le Pole.

This development was constructed in a live city centre site. Traffic management, deliveries and work hours were carefully coordinated to ensure that there was no disruption to the neighbouring occupied buildings.
