Works comprised of the design and construction of 8,212m² of hi-technology science research facilities in a stand-alone 4 storey building.

The new building consists of 6 laboratory modules with support including a bio-resources unit, meeting rooms, laboratories, write up space, offices, canteen, reception and seminar rooms. The building’s structural frame is provided by a full precast concrete solution at ground, first, second and roof slab level over a partial basement level that is formed insitu concrete. Works were undertaken in a live environment.
