This project consisted of 19,000m² gross floor space and involved partial demolition, the refurbishment of an existing protected structure and the construction of a large retail department store, riverfront restaurant and 21 apartments.

The project also included the fit-out of all offices together with fit-out and refurbishment of the bar on the site called Kennedy’s bar. This site was located on a main road in close proximity to a river and surrounded by neighbouring occupied buildings of residential, restaurants, and bars. The front façade of the building, roof, chimney caps, window coins were repaired and made good to retain the original protected works.
