This project involved the demolition of the existing Nursing Home and the construction of a two-storey, 38 bedroom Nursing Home including a landscaped garden area and car parking.
Internally, the building contains 42 bedrooms over two floors with staff rooms, treatment rooms and reception at ground floor level. At basement level, the building houses a kitchen, a laundry room, and cleaning room. The building has a gross floor area of 2064m².
Externally, the construction of the nursing home includes 42 parking spaces for staff and visitors. The building is finished in a napped render with particular areas finished in limestone.
