Rosemary Lodge is the redevelopment of a large corner plot in a Wimbledon conservation area. The development consists of 7 new luxury townhouses, which reference the surrounding Victorian homes. Each property is complemented with associated parking and landscaping works.
The scheme comprises the new build of 3 blocks of semidetached units and 1 detached block along Arterberry Road. Along the North West of the site the construction works also involve an existing building ‘Rosemary Lodge’ being partly demolished and refurbished into a semi-detached unit, as well as 1 new build.
