Completed in September 2022. Includes two Office Blocks which have a combined area of approx. 140,000 Sq Ft.
Block Two extends to 3 storeys and has a total area of approx. 69,000 Sq Ft whilst Block Three extends to 4 storeys and has a total area of approx. 71,500 Sq Ft.
This phase of the development also includes extensive public landscaped areas (Hard & Soft) and a large double basement car park. Facilities provided in the basement area include 550 Car Park Spaces, 285 Secure Bike Parking Spaces, EV Car Charge Points and extensive staff welfare areas.
Landscaping includes a variety of paved areas, native trees & shrubs and this will form part of the overall sustainability plan for the development which is designed to achieve the LEED Gold standard.
