Our Digital Construction and HR teams invited to TU Dublin

We were privileged to have been invited to the Technological University Dublin, Linenhall Campus yesterday. Members of our Digital Construction and HR teams met with and presented to the 2nd year Architectural Technology students.

Our Director of Human Resources, Sarah O’Donohoe was delighted to introduce the inaugural JJ Rhatigan Student Award for second year students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Architectural Technology. Sarah also outlined the opportunities for work placement and for building your career within JJR.

Our Digital Construction Managers, Mark Flynn and John Curry, delivered the core presentation on our approach to Digital Construction and how we are investing in technology and skills to give us a distinct advantage in the marketplace.

We are committed to shaping the next generation of talent through our collaboration with leading technical universities such as TU Dublin and we are delighted to have had the opportunity to strengthen our relationship with them yesterday.

Our Head of Learning & Development, Louis B Davis spoke about the establishment of our JJR Excellence programmes for employees as well as our graduate programme, JJR Exceed, and encouraged the students to get in touch to find out about our continuous support in the workplace.

Thanks again to the co-operating staff of TU Dublin who made this visit possible and to the 2nd year Architectural Technology students who engaged and made us feel so welcome!
