Ard Cré Housing Development, Galway progress update
Great progress is being made on the Phase 2, Ard Cré Housing Development in Galway. The scaffolding has come down on a majority of the houses and all trades are currently working on the 2nd and 3rd fixings. Blockwork is nearing completion on the last few remaining houses and the landscaping and paving works will begin in the coming weeks.
This Social Housing Project will provide an additional 78 dwellings for Galway City Council at Ballymoneen Rd, comprising of semi-detached, terraced, duplex and apartment type units. It is expected to be completed early 2021.
