Delivering Primary Care Centres to the heart of communities nationwide.
This summer saw the delivery of the Primary Care Centres (PCCs) in Carrick-on-Suir, Waterford City and Dungarvan bringing to nine the number of PCCs delivered by JJ Rhatigan since November 2017. The other PCCs in the bundle are: Boyle; Ballymote; Ballinrobe; Westport; Claremorris; and Tuam.
This project bundle was delivered for the HSE in association with the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) as a Public Private Partnership (PPP). Such PPP enables the use of third-party capital to provide the funding for the development, an innovative method of delivering high quality primary care services under the one roof to these communities.
