This project involved the construction of a ‘pavilion’ style building with substantial glazed elements. The building consists of a double height pool hall with a lightweight curved steel roof structure over that is anchored by a more conventional design two-storey element adjacent, that holds the dry leisure element.

The building is a combination of steelwork and concrete frame with metal clad walls and roof and rendered blockwork walls including all associated mechanical, electrical services, lift, filtration system and associated external works, including car parking space for car/bus.
