The construction of two apartment developments as follows:
A six storey apartment building consisting of two blocks of 11 and 20 luxury apartments over ground floor retail space and -1 and -2 basement parking levels.The building comprises of 4 one bed apartments, 15 two bed duplexes and 8 three beds.
The Hibernia Building
A six storey apartment building consisting of three blocks of 18, 18, and 13 luxury apartments over ground floor commercial and crèche space and -1 and -2 basement parking levels. The building comprises of 8 one bed apartments, 28 two beds, 5 duplexes and 6 three beds.
The sixth floor on each block comprises of luxury penthouses finished to the highest specifications with balustraded terraces providing panoramic views of Dublin City and the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham.
All apartments have hard wood flooring throughout, high quality fitted wardrobes, composite double glazed timber-framed windows and balconies with glazed balustrades.
A unique eco friendly engineering service was used to provide heat via a district heating system. This system greatly reduces carbon dioxide emissions through the use of a cheaper homogeneous heating source, offering its occupiers efficient greener energy.
