Demolition of an existing Single Storey Primary School Building and Construction of a new primary school containing 11 no. classrooms, 3 no. special education rooms, PE Hall and associated site works on the existing school site. The school has a gross floor area of 2,128m² over 3 floors.

This Project also consisted of Temporary accommodation, which is a
single storey containex type modular steel units with high standard ral 7035 external finish, PVC double glazed windows, solid hardcore doors, floor area 490 m² containing 5nr classrooms, staff and childrens’ toilets, internal paint finish, timber floor finish, blinds, all electrical, plumbing, fire services included in this unit.

Site development works consisted 2 no. basket ball courts, one of which includes a soccer pitch, together with a staff car park, consisting 17 carpark spaces and two disabled spaces and car and bus set down areas.

Phase 2: During the construction of this project, the client added the
alteration and refurbishment of the adjoining Community Centre which comprised of a main hall, kitchen, lobby, disabled toilet, office room and a meeting room. This was carried out as a second phase to the project.
