Construction of a two storey building nursing home consisting of 46 bedrooms over basement. The completed project contains a new kitchen and cold room, occupational and physiotherapy suites, consulting rooms, offices, waiting areas and dining areas. The nursing home also contains an open courtyard to include hard and soft landscaping.

Works were carried out over two phases:

Phase 1: involved the part demolition of the existing home, to make way for the new build; under-pinning of the remainder of the existing home in order to dig out for the new basement; and set up of a temporary Kitchen/Dining room for the home until phase 1 was completed as the old kitchen/dining room was demolished at initial stages.

Phase 2: involved demolishing the remainder of the existing nursing home, digging down to extend the new basement and extending the ground and first floors.

The basement has 20 car parking spaces (Phase 1 & 2) with other store rooms etc.
