The works consisted of the full refurbishment including mechanical and electrical works to the delicatessen, grocery and bakery areas, as well as new fitting rooms, toilets and ancillary areas at ground floor level, the upgrading of decoration throughout the store to the current client specification.
The removal and re-laying of the grocery and drapery floor finishes to current client specification was also completed as part of the works.
Externally the scope of work included the provision of additional car parking spaces, retaining wall structure for re-location of bottle bank storage updating the façade to current client specification and the erection of new totem signage externally.
