The project consists of 152 apartments. In addition to the apartments, the development will feature a business centre and a gym for the residents. This will provide a dynamic visual front to the building and utilise the small footprint of the site effectively. The project will contain a mainly green roof area with the plant rooms located in the basement of the building.
