Management of on / off day to day hires and purchase orders for all vehicle and machinery repairs, purchases, hires, and vehicles. Be accountable for all administration of file folders, ensuring all spreadsheets are updated in a timely manner. Maintain the fleet database, keeping all records in compliance with the RSA, ensuring all CVRT and NCT tests on company vehicles are kept up to date. Arrange calibrations of land surveying equipment. Work closely with the sites on a regular basis to ensure their needs are met regarding their plant list. Ensure the overall cost report is created for each site. Prepare & issue details on current off hire to each site. Management of purchase orders based on order requests, making sure that accruals are created or cancelled for items if the purchase order is submitted late. Check invoices that may have queries. Handle any credit requests for suppliers. Liaise with suppliers that are requesting plant lists and are looking for quotes to purchase items. Negotiate rates with suppliers. Ensure any queries over invoices are dealt with in a timely manner.
Experience in the Construction Industry is essential for this role.
A relevant third level qualification is required.
