KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the Marketing Team delivering the company’s digital strategy through the website, SEO, social media, email, data analytics, etc.
  • Developing social media content to support business goals and the wider marketing plans
  • Assisting with sponsorship management and seek out ways to promote company partnerships
  • Producing marketing collateral (including production of brochures, capability statement, client presentations, videos, etc) to underpin the delivery of all marketing plans.
  • Developing templates/artwork using the Adobe Creative Suite software including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Writing and proofreading copy
  • Assisting in the management of the internal communications plan and devising engaging internal content by working with all company departments
  • Producing email content both for internal and external communications and managing email campaigns
  • Conducting competitor research and competitive analysis in specific market segments
  • Updating customer relationship management databases
  • Organising careers and industry related events and expos (in-person and virtual where appropriate)
  • Arranging effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintaining project databases and charts and ensure all information is kept up-to-date and accurate
  • Briefing and co-ordinating the photography requirements on projects in progress
  • Researching and qualifying potential business leads and express the company’s interest where appropriate as well as updating the company’s database of leads and potential projects for senior management reports.
  • Managing and building relationships with key marketing suppliers of print, display and merchandising collateral and including the management of marketing purchase orders
  • General administration \ Stock checks, ordering supplies for the marketing department, etc.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years marketing experience, working in a team-based environment
  • You will be educated to Degree level in marketing, communications, PR or related discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to create compelling content whether it be in copy or visual format
  • Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite software, Word Press Web content management system and MS Office skills; Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering a digital marketing strategy would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to tight deadlines and across multiple projects
  • Construction experience is not required but would be an advantage.
