Job Description

A Document Controller (DoC) is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of all project documentation (drawings, schedules, contracts, specifications, data etc.). They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.  The DoC will be responsible for a maximum of 3 live projects at any one time.

The DoC plays a fundamental part in the successful delivery of the project alongside the Project Manager, Design Manager / Coordinator, BIM Manager / Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor – The JJR Project Delivery team.



Experience in the Construction Industry is essential for this role.
A relevant third level qualification is required.
