This project involves the extension of the hotel to provide a new Spa facility and approximately 84 additional hotel bedrooms. The development  consists of the construction of a 7-storey over 2 storey basement block, located to the rear of the existing hotel along Chancery Lane and the construction of a 5-story bedroom block over the existing hotel function room.
