The project comprises 29 units, which are a mixture of one, two and three bed apartments. 27 units have been let to an international technology company at rents which are about 9% ahead of September 2014 rental values.<br \/>\nLast August, JJ Rhatigan &amp; Company were\u00a0delighted to have been awarded the contract with Hibernia REIT plc for the fit-out and completion of Hibernia\u2019s 213 partially completed apartments in Block 3, Wyckham Point.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">J.J.
