| Work included the preservation and refurbishment of a listed Heritage Building, unoccupied sine the 1970s, together with an extension to same. Contract was on a Design and Build basis. The second phase of this project consisted of an extension of an office building of three storeys, ground floor 165.25m², first floor 150.5m² and second floor 153.4m². The works consist of structural steel frame, metal decking flooring, external blockwork and cladding on and trocal roof finish.

The building was converted to a four storey educational facility and the addition of a four storey over basement rear extension. Fit-out works and associated siteworks were all completed within a confined operational area. |
