The project involved the completion of 213 apartments in 11 blocks referred to as Block 3 Wyckham Point.

The project also required the construction of a blockwork substation. The existing apartment complex is over a single basement with podium slab. The construction project involved the complete fit out of the existing structure. The building(s) itself is structurally complete with stair cores in place. However, the apartment complex required full fit out in terms of mechanical and electrical infrastructure, lifts, partitions, etc. The existing pods and kitchens required some remedial works. The apartments are fully painted,  and the flooring and furniture were  installed as part of the project.
