Teleflex Incorporated is a leading global provider of specialty medical devices for a range of procedures in critical care and surgery. This project involved the construction of a 44,800 sq. ft GIA building for Teleflex in Athlone, Co. Westmeath on a site of 1.76ha., to act as a new EMEA Headquarters accommodating their current and future requirements.

The building extends to three (3) storeys with a gross internal area of 4,162m² as well as car parking and storage facilities. The exterior has a modern façade with a soft curvature on the east elevation. Glazing on the west and south facades allow for natural light to penetrate the office area. The site will be landscaped and provide for car parking and bike racks. There is a requirement for a minimum of 245 car parking spacesat surface level. Internally the office will be finished to a Grade A specification to include raised access floors, suspended ceilings, air conditioning, fully fitted toilets and lobbies.
