Block 5 (Ashley Hall) comprises the completion of the design and build out of 122 partially completed apartments over 4 to 5 floors over a basement carpark, including courtyard podium, external works, landscaping and boundary treatment to the site.

The Block comprises one and two bedroom apartments arranged around over 4 to 5 floors arranged around a podium courtyard with 9 no. vertical access cores providing access to/from a basement car park below. Main entry to the cores is at grade to each front elevation (security provisions will be as per tender documentation). There is a courtyard podium at ground floor level where pedestrian access can be obtained at the vertical access cores.
