This project consists of the construction of 39 no. apartments and 2 no. commercial units over basement car parking, and a new pedestrian/vehicular access road from Richmond Road at the North-West end of the site. The works will also include the demolition and removal of the existing ESB – Station, and concrete foot paths and boundaries to the front and rear of the site.
