This project consists of the refurbishment and conversion  of a major mixed-use redevelopment, comprising shell retail to the ground and part first floors and residential accommodation to the second to the sixteenth floors. Works also include a new rooftop extension comprising residential accommodation to the seventeenth to the twenty second floors and an outdoor access area on the twenty third floor and external works and services. This will provide 183 apartments comprising 79 1-bed, 103 2-bed and 1 3-bed apartments.
