35,000sq. ft. of office blocks, comprising 1 no. 3 storey block and 1 no. 2 storey block of office accommodation, surface car parking, new road and associated site works.

  • Construction of a 15m x 12m Energy centre. This building was constructed of mass concrete and was cut into an embankment so as to reduce its visibility.
  • 6m wide entrance road with 2m wide concrete footpath on 1 side.
  • Stone gabion walls to retain the ground where the entrance road passes through.
  • Road widening along the main public road to provide 6m wide carriageway and 2m concrete footpath.
  • Plastered block work retaining boundary wall with wall cappings and railings.
  • Site services such as 150mm watermain, 125mm ESB ducting, 100mm Street lighting, 225mm Storm drainage, 150mm foul drainage, petrol interceptor, storm water attenuation tank, road gullies etc.
