Description:
The project consisted of the restoration of an original dilapidated goods store transformed into a fully functioning Art Theatre and Cinema. The works included the reinstatement of the entire roof structure and natural slate finish. External timber windows to match surrounding buildings were introduced in lieu of existing timber doors.  The external and internal brick arches and limestone walls were returned to former glory. The inside of the building was partially dry lined and insulated to conform to current building regulations. Finally, the building was fully fitted out with a performance stage, tiered seating, toilet blocks and a reception area. The external works consisted of the reinstatement of customer parking an a wheelchair access ramps.
