| This project consisted of the Refurbishment and Extension to existing building 98 Georges St. Dunlaoghaire, Co. Dublin. St. Michael's Hospital is a period building adjacent to the main hospital. This contract required the complete gutting of a three storey building and the construction of a new two storey building connected to the hospital from the rear. It was designed as a mixed use building to be used by the hospital for a Phlebotomy Center, Training Center and five individual offices. | |
