Description:
Construction of a two storey building comprising of a one hundred bed care of the elderly unit with assoicated facilities: 61 surface car parking spaces and basement parking with external 41 spaces and associated landscaping works.  The project also includes the refurbishment of the partially demolished existing two-storey protected structure St. Anne's building and a single storey chapel. The site in within the cartilage of a protected structure.
