Refurbishment and Extension of the existing Library/Aministration Building together with alterations to existing elevations, concourse and main entrance. Works include the construction of a new three storey extension and new floor space with the lower ground floor level (undercroft) refurbishment of the upper two levels of library, construction of a new auditorium, reroofing works and associated external works.
