Refurbishment of the first floor of the 1970’s building, including total strip out of existing finishes and partitions.  The gutted building was then refurbished to form new office laboratories and theatres.  Two thirds of the existing roof was totally stripped off and a new asphalt roof applied.   The works also involved the construction of a new two storey extension to the building, which holds a theatre and offices.Total area 1,953m².
