Extension to the Science & Technology Building, consisting of the construction of additional research facilities, together with service areas.  The works comprise of the concrete raft foundations on pre-cast concrete piles.  Structural steel frame, hollowcore first floor, block and brick work façade including glazing sections and Kingspan composite roof.
