| One and two storey building with associated site works on the campus of an existing educational facility, which remained operational throughout the works. Included in the works: piled foundations and ground beams with precast ground floor slab units. Building consisted of windows/curtain walling and roof glazing system. External building finishes consist of brick cladding proprietary cladding systems and self-coloured render.
