Description:
This contract was for the construction of a new single and Part 2 Storey building containing dining areas, kitchen, stores and offices.  Also, ancillary site works such as drains, incoming services, resurfacing around the building and landscaping.
Key Features:
Demolition of a single storey building on site and the demolition of a single story annex to the rear of the existing dining complex adjoining the site and the reinstatement of disturbed finishes. Removal of underground services and overhead electrical cables crossing the site and diverting of services as necessary.
