Description:
Construction of an 83 no. bedroom Hotel, including bar, restaurant, kitchen and conference rooms.  Also included were 2 floors of retail space for future fit-out and underground car park for approximately 100 cars. This project included a complete fit out and finish.
Key Features:
The project was managed under a short programme. The site area had limited access with confined space and logistics management was paramount.
