J J Rhatigan & Company has in place a Quality Management System that is registered by the National Standards Authority of Ireland and complies with the requirements of I.S. EN ISO 9001:2000.

These objectives are met through our Quality and Procedures Manual which detail all company procedures and responsibilities.

All employees are familiar with these manuals and with their responsibilities.  Employees are also aware of the importance of complying with these manuals to maintain the ISO 9001:2000 certification.  Internatl Quality Audits are carried out to ensure compliance with the Procedures Manual.

The Project Manager and Site Foreman are responsible for the quality of construction work and finishes on site.  The Contracts Manager reviews the quality of the work on a regular basis, to ensure it is up to standard.

At the regular site meetings, the quality of work is discussed with Architects and any issues arising are documented in site minutes and the necessary action is taken by the Project Manager and Site Foreman.
