JJ Rhatigan and Company has a Quality Management System that is registered by the National Standards Authority of Ireland and complied with the requirements of I.S. EN ISO 9001:2000. Since 1952 JJ Rhatigan & Company has made it a priority to provide quality construction services. Today, our business continues to centre around delivering first-rate general contractor and construction management services while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards in the business.
The quality improvement efforts at JJ Rhatigan & Company are proactive and extend to every individual within the organisation as well as subcontractors, to include also quality of materials and workmanship. They are based on the simple principle of getting it right the first time. In order to achieve this, a considerable amount of effort is involved in the preplanning and quality monitoring process.
The company’s objective is to lead the way in setting standards, through working with design teams to collaborate on innovative and sustainable design, continuously improving and increasing standards, complying with and encouraging a culture of excellence in quality procedures and measures through our staff and ultimately focusing on customer satisfaction through reduced cost with exceptional quality.

Over the past number of years, we have worked with numerous design teams and clients to ensure that our developments are self sustainable and eco-friendly where possible. In addition, movement towards a 'person-centred' and 'socially inclusive' approach in the planning, design/construction of a built environment, i.e. placing real people, their needs and responsible desires at the centre of creative endeavours, is encouraged and fostered by every key decision we make with our design and build teams.
We endeavour to enact, operate, monitor and control effective health, safety and welfare related legislation; the base concerning human health and safety, environmental protection and consumer protection, is set at a high level, and is taken into account for any new project undertaken by JJ Rhatigan & Company. All practicable means for an improvement in sustainability and energy efficiency, and the reduction and elimination of adverse effects on the environment, are shown in our Environmental Policy.
