Description:
JJ Rhatigan & Company worked closely with the architects on specifics of this project.  It included construction of 293 houses Developed to create as much open space as possible, achieved with a mixture of house designs.  The development consists of 5 bed, dethatched and 3 and 4 bed semi-detached and terraced houses, constructed in a smart new style of streetscapes featuring a variety of brick tones and other high specification finishes.
Key Features:
All houses have natural stone and front boundary walls.  The development was designed in clusters, therefore allowing the majority of houses to over look a green recreational area.
