Description:
Construction of a 38 bed room nursing home including associated site works and demolition of existing nursing home.  All external walls were dry lined with wide slab flooring used between levels.  Floors were completed with a Tarkett finish and en suites are completed with granite multisafe.
Key Features:
Sustainability was a concern of the design team and installation of 50sq m of solar panels and installation of heat recovery mechanical ventilation system were included.  Standards light fittings were used with low energy bulbs used throughout.
